A Wetland delineation was completed for this 4.77 acre of flat to moderately sloping residential area and forested habitat site for potential development. An on-site drainage area was determined to support a south-to-north flowing intermittent watercourse spanning approximately 318 linear feet through the western portions of the site conveying surface hydrology delivered by a small headwater drainage basin totaling approximately 27.11 acres.
