The Parks at Forest Grove project has entailed the preparation of a Joint ACOE/DSL Wetland Permit application. The application included a mitigation plan and design of 0.84 acre of on-site wetland enhancement to compensate for 0.22 acre of wetland impacts associated with construction of the 217-lot residential subdivision.
