This project entailed the preparation of a Joint Nationwide Permit 14 (NWP) from the ACOE and General Authorization (GA) from Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) to authorize activities associated with the installation of transportation-related infrastructure in US and state waters. Additionally, the applicant is applying for a DSL General Authorization (GA) for within waters of the state. The proposed work was associated with the construction of a 60-unit condominium complex on an approximately 10.80 acres site, situated on the south side of Highway 101 near the city of Manzanita, Oregon.
