WEC is the prime environmental consultant working with private land owner during the due diligence phase of the project. This on-going project is located within the city of Beaverton which has required a delineation of the site’s wetlands and watercourses during the first phase of the project. The second phases will include the preparation of CWS Service Provider Letter and vegetated corridor improvements associated with the future development of the site. The proposed project will avoid impacts to the site’s wetlands and waters.
