This project included a habitat assessment and wetland delineation to permit the future development of a parcel containing a Habitat Conservation Zone. The width of the Habitat Conservation Zone was allowed from 150 to 50 feet based on existing habitat, innovative site design, and close interaction with Clark County Officials. Our close attention to detail enabled us to meet both the client’s objectives, schedule, and budget.
